Design Forum Finland’s Website

This was my first project in Design Forum Finland. I was part of the team creating the new website for the organization. Redandblue agency created the website. You can check the page over here.
Tools used: Figma, Wordpress, Miro.
Introduction
There was a need for new website. The idea was to create more approachable and with a new look also. I was one with a talent of ux/ui design and also new eyes were needed for this since I was a new employer in the team. This was also my first touch with Wordpress programme.

404 Page idea
During the project, I noticed that the crucial 404 page was missing, even though it’s an essential part of the user experience. When I reviewed the wireframes and mockups, the team had not yet identified this gap. I brought it to their attention and proposed a solution to ensure users wouldn’t get lost on the site due to broken links. This insight helped ensure the website’s structure was complete and user-friendly.
The Guidebook for Design Forum Finland’s Website
January 2024
During the website project of Design Forum Finland. I began to think that there should be a guide for how to create the websites. Especially because the organization is small and there are four people who can update the websites.
Introduction
During the creation of new website I began to think that there should be also a guidebook for how to create pages, blogs etc. The organization of Design Forum Finland is small and there was a great need for the guidebook. Idea of the guidebook is that a new employee can start working with Wordpress after reading instructions.
